All postage is provided by Royal mail/Parcelforce these are their delivery estimates. Please be aware these estimates can vary and may be subject to delay.

UK:
Royal mail 1st class 1 day and 48hours for Tracked postage.

Europe:
International Tracked: 3-4 working days
International Standard: 3-5 working days

Australia:
International Tracked: 5-7 working days
International Standard: 6-7 working days

US + Canada
International Tracked: 5-7 working days
International Standard: 6-7 workings days

In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged or you believe it to be faulty please get in touch via email hello@hannahcromwell.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide a photo of the item along with details of the situation so that I can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
